Populus

Populus is a new café in the City of Casey, and the first café in Berwick to focus on community and design as much as coffee and food. The venue is named after the Populus trees that line Berwick’s High Street, as well as the popularity of the café. It has a mature, sophisticated palette with rose and blush hues contrasted against black-and-white terrazzo and charcoal-stained timber. The name, logotype and branding statements reinforce the focus on community and inclusivity, emphasising that Populus is ‘you’ and ‘us.’
