Located in the luxury boutique hotel The Chen in Box Hill, Katóri is a new Japanese restaurant and bar serving up a sophisticated take on classic yakiniku. Our notable chefs, formerly of Nobu and Saké, fuse traditional Japanese cooking with seasonal Australian ingredients, fired by their passion for creative cuisine. Inspired by their passion for food and raw style of cooking, we developed a bold brand with graphic details reflective of Japanese calligraphy and fire.
